I had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique hotel in Richmond. The location was great, with Richmond Park just across the road. The room was comfortable and the facilities were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
Although the breakfast was a bit cold, it didn't detract from my overall enjoyment.

Homey exceptionally clean hotel with very good service and rear views. Very good experience and attentive and highly courteous staff. Continental breakfast with splendid food selection. Stunning location to an art museum. Found in a fantastic part of the town. Friendly check-in, late check-out. Excellent pool to relax in too.

This place is located in a very central area within a 5 minute stroll of the river, so it's perfect for exploring and enjoying the surrounding beauty. The service is top-notch and the staff made us feel welcome and help to make the check-in process first-class and accommodated our request. The leisure spa & wellness centre is fantastic too, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, and steam room to enjoy.
The staff weren't very welcoming and got my reservation for supper wrong, but they responded whenever I have a request. The staff disengaged, and the service, overall, felt adequate at best, which with the location in mind should be high end not the premier inn approach I experienced.

My room with all the facilities and a lovely big sash window in the bedroom plus a baby cot was huge and elegant, had good night's sleep. The breakfast was plentiful, the check in was friendly.
